3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders must be placed through our website or authorized representatives.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• We accept payment as per methods indicated in the cart, FAQ and elsewhere on our website.

4. Customization and Approval

• Customers must review and approve all inscriptions and designs before production.
• We are not responsible for errors in inscriptions once approved by the customer.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Installation services are included within the pricing unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• Monument erection permit costs charged by local authority responsible for the cemetery are NOT included in the costings within the configurator. These will be determined at separate date and will be billed separately, whereby client pays directly to responsible local authority for permit issuance.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supplier issues) are not our responsibility. Neither will it be our responsibility for delays where client fails to pay local authority permit costs in timely manner.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.
• Customers must notify us within 28 days of receiving the product to request a refund or replacement.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for damage caused by third parties, improper secondary installation, or natural wear over time.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
